The Sattva Sukham master plan is laid out across 7 acres, with 4 towers rising to G+24 and holding 550+ homes. Around 70% of the site is kept open for landscaped gardens, lawns and courts, with a 50,000 sq ft clubhouse and the pool and sports zones set within the green core, so most homes look onto open space rather than another building.
